Part 1: Rebug CFW 4.21.2 Installation
Step 1- Download & Extract the PUP to USB:/PS3/UPDATE (Rename to PS3UPDAT.PUP)
(MAKE SURE USB IS FAT32):
Step 2- QA Flag and/or 999 Downgrader
*You can update from any 3.55 ofw cfw mfw be sure that your qa-flag (safer)*
*If on any 4.21-4.30 cfw mfw you need to use 999 downgrader*

- Download the Rebug QA_Toggle package from here ---> toggle_qa.pkg
- Put the "toggle_qa.pkg" on USB and Install it on the PS3.
- Run the "Rebug Toggle QA" from XMB, the screen will go Black and you will see HDD Led activity then if all went fine you will hear 2 or 3 Beeps and the PS3 will Restart back to XMB.
- If you want to make sure QA flag was set, go to "Network Settings" then apply the following key combo (all at the same time):
You should see Edy Viewer, Debug Settings, and Install Package Files if done correctly.
Optional If on 4.21 Rogero or 4.30 anything that isn't 4.21.1 rebug

Updating From A previous Version Of Rebug 4.21
1- Enable System Debug Update From *Debug Settings
2- Update From XMB Follow usb instructions like normal
Step 3- Plug Into Ps3 ---> Settings ---> System Update ---> Storage Device ---> Start 4.21.2 Rebug Update
Step 4- Install it, once its Finished

Part 2: Installing Backup Manager
Step 1- Download :
Step 2- Extract the .pkg to the root of a usb drive
Step 3- On Ps3 Plug in usb go to install packages
Step 4- Install Iris Manager
Step 5- Finished!
Part 3: Transfering Games
There's 3 Method's of transfering games:
1- FTP
2- Usb Hard-drive
3- Disc In Ps3 and use whatever to rip it
Part One Transfering Games To Usb Hard-
Well it's actually just a simple drag and drop
The ps3 game is in a folder called (ID OF THE GAME) plus without the
: -In X:\GAMEZ\(Here will be all the folders with the ps3 game inside)
Method FTP
FTP Method (Over Network Or Ethernet Cable)
Two Options Network as in Ps3 + PC & Internet Wired Recomended (DON'T USE WIRELESS
or Ethernet Cable PS3 ---> PC Mentioned to be the best Anyways
ON PC
Step 1- Download FileZilla
Step 2- Install It
ON PS3 *If you never ran gaia manager before run it now because it would create the "GAMEZ" folder*
Step 1- Download OpenPs3FTP, then Extract .PKG to root of usb
Step 2- Install it via Install Packages on PS3
Step 3- Start Open Ps3 Ftp
ON PC
Step 1- Open FileZilla *In Progress*
The Usb Hard-Drive MethodPart One Formatting the usb hard-drive
*If it's Fat32 your almost good to go (just to transfer the game)So jump to Part 2
Step1- My Computer Right Click on the hard-drive
Step2- Check The file format*If anything else you'll need to format it to fat32*
Step3- Download Fat32Formatter
Step4- Extract it to C:\ (your main PC harddrive)
Step5- On My Computer check the letter drive of the usb hard-drive
Step6- Before opening cmd hold shift + Ctrl then press enter
Step7- Navigate to the fat32format folder then fat32format.exe
Step8- After type (Change X with the drive letter of your usb hard-drive): fat32format X:
Step9- Make Sure it's the right letter before you type Y then enter
Step10- Let it do the process and you should be done.
Part 3 Complete!
Part 4: PSN Online Access
Go into rebug mode within Toolbox and reboot
*Don't use homebrew while your signed in*
*Although its dangerous to be on any cfw (risk of ban)*
PS-Unban:
- Press X
Part 5: ReactPSN
Download:

3. Create a new user profile on ps3 called 'aa' and login to it.
4. While exdata folder is present and usb device connected load 'reACTPSn' by pressing 'X'
(You no longer need to hold R1 for 9secs etc;this is now all automated )
5. Dependant on how many edats/raps in exdata folder this can take anywhere from 1-30mins ; eventually your ps3 will reboot
( for some reason on rogero 4.30cfw v2.03 after ps3 restarts I get corrupted data restore - skip restore by pressing 'o' and everything will be fine and more importantly
raps/edats are activated
