Note: This fix works fine, save works, trophies register, no freezes. Only issue is when you exit game to XMB, then ps3 restarts.
Install Guide:
1. Install official patch update 1.01.
2. Install patch 1.01 fix.
3. Run the game via MM with BD-Mirror mode and disk in drive.
4. Let the MM fix your game param.sfo if needed.
5. 4.21+ users can use official update as fix. Just install and play.
